The SpeechExec Dictation Hub Licence for Blackberry 10 phones is designed to fit perfectly into the Philips SpeechExec software suite. Recording, editing, and sending dictation files from your iPhone offers mobile flexibility and reduces document turnaround times.

The £80.00 yearly licence allows you to send your files to 5 different typists. Once you have recorded your dictation, the iPhone then sends the file to the Philips SpeechExec Dictation Hub server. Here, it will be converted to either .dss / .mp3 or .wav format and sent to a pre-defined destination via email.

Up to 5 different destinations can be setup allowing you to send your dictation to a specific typist depending on the worktype you set on the iphone. eg, Letters sent to typist in London, memos sent to typist in Scotland.

The display shows all recording functions, and the main interface allows the user to record and navigate within recordings. Users can prioritize a recording, define a keyword and/or a category, or simply edit the recording name. The clear user interface makes it fast and easy to find what you’re looking for.

To avoid people accidentally getting access to your audio files, the highly secure Philips Recorder for Smartphones optionally offers the capability to encrypt dictation files. In addition, the application can be locked via PIN code.

To get started, go to the Blackberry App store on your Phone and search for "Philips Recorder" Download and install the free app. On first startup please go through the Philips Hubb setup. When you have done this please call us on 020 7222-1531 to activate the licence.
