The OM System VN-541PC digital notetaker (was Olympus VN541PC) can be set to different Scenes for optimized recordings. Scenes available, Memo, Talk and Music.
One Touch Recording
One touch recording allows users to power on and record in one motion. Activate one touch recording by sliding the recording switch forward. You’re ready to record in an instant! When recording is live the notification LED lights up and stays on until recording is stopped.
Noise Cancellation
The noise-cancellation function reduces unwanted ambient noise and low frequency sounds for clear playback quality. To activate this feature press and hold the Noise Cancel button while the recorder is stopped, or during file playback.
Versatility
Capture high quality recordings with ease by selecting one of four scenes ideal for your environment. Users can choose between Memo, Talk, Music or LP (Long Play) and the recorder will handle the rest. Easily switch between scenes using the folder button, once the scene is selected, the automatic presets will manage all the recorders adjustments for you.
Connectivity
When you have made your recordings, connect it to your computer via a USB cable which is included. The VN-541PC behaves like a USB memory stick. Plug it in and it appears as a drive under "Computer" in Windows or on the desktop on a Mac. Double click the drive to display your recordings. From here you can copy them to your computer or email them.
