The Olympus AS-9000 is designed to be integrated into the workflow of any office system. Using email, FTP or LAN to receive files from the author. significantly streamlining the distribution of dictations amongst staff, between departments and across office locations. Full support with Citrix and Windows terminal servers.

Fully compatible with the new Olympus range of recorders. DS9500, DS9000 and DS2600.

Workflow: Dictation transfer via LAN, FTP or email. Playback DSSPro, DSS, WAV, WMA and MP3 - Playback of encrypted DSSPro files will need a password.

Data Security: Olympus ODMS software protects your data with several security features. 256-bit file encryption with DSS Pro secures your dictations and allows only authorised persons to listen to them.

Enterprise: Full support for Citrix and Windows Remote Desktop allows you to keep the costs for the IT infrastructure as low as possible.
