Grundig DigtaSoft One Transcription software application can be quickly installed and allows you to play back dictations in DSS, DSSPro and WAV formats and link them to documents such as Microsoft Word or PDF files. It also allows import of AMR, MP3 and ima4 files. These files are converted to DSS and can then be played back in DigtaSoft One.
DigtaSoft One can transcribe encrypted dictations with the appropriate password.
DigtaSoft One can automatically import dictations received with Microsoft Outlook.
