The Grundig Digta SonicMic II comes with the latest DigtaSoft Pro Software. Record in DSSPro format and take advantage of a higher level of data security! DigtaSoft Pro allows you to use 128/256-bit encryption for your dictations, even in real time. Unprotected DSS and DSSPro dictations can also be encrypted after they have been generated.
The dual encryption rate fulfills the current requirements in sensitive sectors such as health care and law. You can also increase security by protecting your dictations with a password so that only your secretarial staff can decrypt them.
The extra wide slide switch of the Digta SonicMic II makes it very comfortable to use and the resistance of the slide switch can be adapted to individual needs.
The 3 function keys of the Digta SonicMic II are freely programmable via software to control dictation software and other programmes, including setting the maximum priority for a dictation or switching on hotkey functions.
If you use Dragon NaturallySpeaking all the important speech recognition commands can be performed directly via slide switch or by pressing a button. You do not have to learn the important speech commands. The microphone mute function during stop position of the slide switch prevents speech recognition errors.
