Repairs

Dictating Equipment: You can either bring in your faulty equipment
to our service reception at 22 Broadway, London, SW1H 0BH or
arrange for one of our engineers to visit your office and repair
the machine on site on Tel: 020 7222-2626.

Consumer Equipment: Please bring in your faulty television, video,
radio, Hi-Fi and any other electrical equipment. If you require an
estimate we will phone you before we start and tell you how much
it will cost.

Maintenance Contracts

Any number of machines can be included in a maintenance contract.
From 1 desktop transcriber to 600 portable machines. All parts and
labour charges are covered.

Our maintenance contracts run from January to December but you
can arrange a contract midway through and you will be charged
pro-rata untill the end of December.
