Olympus DS330 Digital Recorder

Small, yet perfectly formed, the DS-330 is the essential companion for busy
professionals. With five folders holding up to 199 files each, and easy-to-read
LCD screen and intuitive operation, it guarantees effertless recording and
file management. Editing is also a breeze: additional notes can be inserted at
any point in a recording and unwanted files erased quickley. A lock function
also protects important files from accidential deletion.

The DS-330 offers two recording qualities and can save up to 330 minutes of
dictation on its integrated 16MB flash memory. A special noise cancellation
feature may be activated to remove unwanted hiss and noise during playback,
ensuring you get the crystal clear recordings you require.

The DS-330 comes complete with USB docking station for fast straightforward
file transfer to either a personal computer or a Macintosh. Voice files can then
be attached to an email for sending around the world, or forwarded to a
secretary for transcription

and archiving. Files are saved in the high-quality, high-compression DSS
format and stored on removable SmartMedia memory cards for effectively

The DS320 utilises the extremely efficient DSS file format, allowing up to
320 minutes of dictations to be stored on the integrated 16 MB flash memory.
This provides sufficient space to record up to 99 messages in each of its two
available folders. An LCD panel assists in the management of this device's
numerous digital features - including insertion of new sections into previously
recorded messages as well as setting a user ID for simplified author identification.
The optionally available PC Data Transfer Kit facilitates connection between
the DS-320 and a computer. Using the special DSS Player transcription software,
the flexibility and appeal of this model is further enhanced.

Olympus DW90 Digital Recorder

The DW90 marries extraordinary design with technical functionality. The
appearance of this compact, lightweight model is defined by its directional
microphone. However, this is not a design gimmick. When pointed at the
speaker, it assures good recording quality over a distance of up to 6 metres,
making the DW-90 ideal for lectures and large meetings. Besides three quality
